The Knights rose to become one of the most powerful
military forces of the church, and their shield was recognized all
throughout Europe.
This shield features a split white and black background which is painted
over an all metal shield. The red and white cross is centered on
the shield.
Details of this shield include two gold plated Fleur De Lis and one gold
plated gryphon head. The shield is outlined with brass banding and
black metal tips.
