Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days.
Returns - The customer is responsible for return shipping but there are no other fees. A lot of other stores charge a restocking fee for returns,
A2 Armory does not so you can shop with confidence. NO

Contact the
Returns Department for a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns
received without an RMA will be sent back to the
customer, no exceptions.

Items must
be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No
credit will be given for damaged returns.
If you need to return an item
please contact our Returns Department by sending an RMA
request using the support link below. You will be issued an
RMA number and instructions on how to send your order back
to us.

Due to the handmade nature of
our products there will be some small variations in size and
hue. All of our products are imported from Europe. Please

If an item is received damaged,
you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order.
A replacement will be sent out for the damaged item.
If we are not notified within this timeframe, we cannot
replace the item.
Due to the per order basis of our custom shields and suits
of armor, we cannot
accept returns of these items. After an order is
placed for these items, it cannot be cancelled.
Due to the variations in
monitors, colors of the actual products may vary from the
pictures shown. If you have any questions, please don't
